Speaker

Profile

Zachary Streit has 20 years of multifaceted commercial real estate investment and advisory experience, including as an equity capital provider, a debt capital provider, and a capital advisor. His nearly a decade of institutional principal investment experience laid the foundation for a career as a capital advisor, where he founded his own firm and has a track record of closing $5 billion dollars in commercial real estate financings.

Zachary has extensive experience structuring deals across the capital stack, including Co-GP and LP equity financings, mezzanine and preferred equity financings, and non-recourse stretch-senior and senior debt financings for development, value-add and stabilized projects. His experience, which reaches back to the Great Financial Crisis and spans up and down the capital stack, has been critical to his successfully advising his clients throughout commercial real estate cycles.

Zachary is an active leader and member in various commercial real estate industry trade groups and in the philanthropic community. He is an Urban Land Institute Product Council Member and Partnership Forum Mentor, a Jewish Federation Real Estate and Construction Advisory Council Member, and current board member of City of Hope’s Los Angeles Real Estate Council and past president of its young professional Building Hope Council. Zachary is a Member of The State Bar of California and is also a licensed real estate broker in the State of California. Zachary and his wife Skylar are extremely involved in the philanthropic community, as board members of the Jewish Big Brothers Big Sisters organization and Upward Bound Foundation.
