Jason Durham serves as Senior Land Acquisition Manager for David Weekley Homes’ Atlanta Division, where he leads land strategy and manages a team that executes acquisitions end-to-end from pre-acquisition underwriting through entitlements and LDP before transitioning projects to the horizontal development team. With 25 years in the real estate development industry, Jason has worked through multiple market cycles, including the 2008 Great Recession, and focuses on aligning capital commitment, land position, deal structure, and entitlement strategy with shifting market conditions. Over the last four years, he has helped build and manage a $500 million A&D pipeline, and across his career has supported approximately $1.5B in acquisition and projects. His experience spans complex legacy development projects, as well as active-adult, traditional single-family communities and master-planned communities (MPCs), BTR, mixed-use, and retail projects across the Southeast. Jason holds a B.A. in Communications and is active in ULI and the CCIM Institute. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his family, cooking, reading, and exploring art, history, and culture.
