Jon Abrahamson is a partner within our real estate practice. His area of focus within our real estate practice is comprised mostly of Private Equity Real Estate Funds, Real Estate Development, Real Estate Investments, and Family Office Real Estate. He takes a proactive approach toward client service which includes being up to speed on ever-changing tax laws, ensuring compliance needs are met in a timely manner, and providing tax strategies to minimize any potential tax impacts, all while remaining fully compliant. Additionally, he is experienced in succession planning, due diligence, re-organizations, and estate planning.
