As Senior Vice President of Research at JTW Advisors, Ken contributes to the underwriting of subdivisions and builders through the use of macro-level and asset-specific data. He produces user-friendly analyses and tools to assist our clients in decision-making. Ken has more than 20 years of experience providing strategic guidance for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Prior to joining JTW Advisors, he was the Director of Strategy for Crescent Communities and its homebuilding start up, Fielding Homes. Ken developed an in-house geographic information system (GIS) application for evaluating land purchases in North Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee and Texas. He also provided product and pricing recommendations for Fielding Homes’ entry into the Charlotte and Raleigh markets.
