As a general contractor, Liz Davies leads a multimillion-dollar company that transforms homes collaborating with architects and designers. Liz graduated from Miami University planning to execute her business acumen in sales strategy for a plumbing wholesale company. Instead, she ignited a passion for residential construction. Choosing to use her business degree further, she consulted in Database Marketing for the first six years of her career, specializing in the Banking vertical. A hobby of investing in real estate investments led her back into construction; determined to make an impact as a female while balancing motherhood. Her primary focus was investment renovation of residential homes. After the 2008 swift economic downturn, her focus became Custom Residential Construction.

Davies created the firm ESD Homes with a singular goal; to gracefully guide owners through the construction process. The completed projects showcase architectural and design integrity while articulating home for each client. The firm is known for seamless execution integrating the work of classical architecture firms, structural engineers, landscape architects and interior designers.

Liz lives in Atlanta with her husband, Rob of 26 years and two nearly grown sons. Ms. Davies enjoys the nature of her home shared with three springer spaniels and many egg laying chickens.
