As the Vice President of Land Acquisition for Traton Homes, I lead the identification, evaluation, and
acquisition of land opportunities for residential development in the Atlanta metro area and in Florida.
I work closely with our internal teams and external partners to align land strategy with Traton's
growth objectives and commitment to delivering quality communities.

My career spans over 30 years in real estate, including senior leadership roles in private and public
homebuilding, as well as founding and operating my own development companies. As Founder &
CEO of Longleaf Communities and The Parvey Companies, I was directly responsible for company
strategy, land acquisition, capital formation, entitlement, and development across multiple
Southeastern markets. That ownership experience sharpened my entrepreneurial perspective and
gave me a comprehensive understanding of the full development cycle - from site selection through
community buildout.
