Travis Coutts is the Chief Investment Officer at Camden Homes, leading investment strategy, capital deployment, and portfolio management across a portfolio of 3,000+ lots, 500+ homes under construction, and 1,600+ single-family rentals.

Prior to joining Camden, Travis served as Director of JV Equity at Ackman-Ziff, where he led the placement of equity and structured finance transactions. Travis cut his teeth on the principal side with both private international capital (Mar-Gulf Management/Kuwait Financial Centre) and a publicly traded domestic REIT (Kimco Realty Corp). With over 13 years in institutional real estate, capital markets, and structured finance, he has executed more than $3 billion in transactions across various asset classes. Travis is a CFA charterholder, CPA, and graduated with a B.A. in Business Economics from UCLA.
