After a lengthy career in retirement planning and insurance with a Fortune 300 company, Bari joined Kirby to form The Firm, Inc., which purchased and rehabilitated mobile home parks for sale to investor groups and institutional buyers. Acting as the Chief Financial Officer, she leveraged Kirby's operational skills to create a successful real estate investment strategy focused on the mobile home park sector.

Recognizing the need for infill expertise and timeliness in this sector, The Firm pivoted to meet this demand and enhance investor returns. The Firm expanded its services to include home installation, ensuring a comprehensive approach to the mobile home park industry. This expansion reflects a commitment to complete solutions, to maximize returns for all stakeholders, and a commitment to the communities, and families they serve.

Bari holds a Bachelor's degree from Michigan State University. In addition to her interest in her family, she also practices Reiki, Feng Shui, and is a lifelong learner.
