Brett Patterson is a Regional Manager with Kaliber Management, where he oversees a portfolio of manufactured housing communities and RV parks across the Southeast. With more than 10 years of experience in the outdoor hospitality industry and nearly three years with Kaliber Management, Brett has managed and helped lead operations at some of the country's premier RV resorts and campgrounds. His expertise spans operations, marketing, revenue management, team development, and capital improvements, with a focus on building high-performing properties and exceptional resident and guest experiences. Today, in his role with Kaliber Management, he applies those same operational strategies to both campgrounds and manufactured housing communities, helping improve performance, develop leaders, and implement practical technology solutions. Brett also serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors for the Georgia Association of RV Parks & Campgrounds, where he supports education, advocacy, and industry growth.
