Designed to combine the beauty of the Texas Hill Country with exceptional amenities and guest experiences, the park reflects Clint’s vision of creating a welcoming, high-quality destination for travelers and families alike.

With more than 40 years of executive leadership experience, Clint has built a diverse career spanning multifamily property ownership and management, commercial and residential construction, retail sales and marketing, and technical recruiting. Although relatively new to the RV park industry, his leadership philosophy is centered on creating exceptional guest experiences while building businesses that are known for quality, integrity, innovation, and long-term value.
