Jim Mosier is a real estate professional with approximately 20 years of real estate experience specializing in origination, structuring, capital markets, and asset management. Throughout his career Jim has participated in the closing of over $3bb in total transactional volume across all product types including multi-family, office, retail, industrial, mobile home communities, and lodging. Prior to co-founding Grove Ventures, Jim was a Principal at Ares Management for seven years. Jim received his undergraduate degree in finance from Penn State University and an MBA from the Anderson School of Business at UCLA where he is a member of the Endowment Circle

of Donors at the UCLA Real Estate Alumni Group.
