Jordan Savitsky is the Founder & Managing Principal of 50West Capital and the CEO of Meadows Communities, which serves as the community brand and management company for 50West Capital’s investments in Manufactured Home Communities. Meadows Communities acquired its first park in Canton, OH in mid 2023.

After starting his career with Citibank's Marketing Analytics and Advertising Strategy team at MEC, Jordan spent 4 years at boutique Private Equity firm Cobble Hill Partners, where he eventually directed all Marketing and Business Development Strategy for portfolio companies. In 2018, he founded ATC Alert, a leading emergency medical alert business which has since grown to serve thousands of customers across the US. Shortly thereafter, Jordan started investing in real estate across various asset classes including multifamily, commercial and retail.

As a lifelong entrepreneur and operator, Jordan decided in 2022 to begin searching for opportunities to become an active real estate investor and found mobile home parks to be a uniquely favorable asset class with tremendous opportunity.

Jordan, who is based in New York, holds a dual degree in Marketing and Supply Chain Management from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. He also sits on the Board of Directors for ATC Healthcare Services Inc., one of the largest Medical Staffing and Home Healthcare companies in the US, with over 100 offices in 36 states.
