Liz Ward is the Chief Operating Officer of Speedread Technologies, a leading provider of water, gas, and electric AMR/AMI submetering solutions. She brings over 15 years of experience in the Construction and Real Estate industries and has specialized in the manufactured housing space since 2020. A graduate of Drake University, Liz has led the implementation of submetering systems across a variety of sectors, including manufactured housing communities, multifamily developments, mixed-use properties, retail centers, and marinas.

She is a passionate advocate for water conservation and sustainable utility practices. Outside of her professional work, Liz is also a singer in Liquidated Damages, a nonprofit band that has raised over $6 million for charities throughout the Chicagoland area.
