As of 2024, Margo Napoles serves as the Vice President of Operations at Medallion Communities, where she oversees a diverse portfolio of over 4,500 sites across more than 25 communities in six states. Known for her passion for technology, team building, and operational excellence, Margo leads strategic growth, process improvement, and community engagement across Medallion's rapidly expanding footprint.

Margo’s journey in the manufactured housing industry began on the front lines as a temporary maintenance technician, where she developed a deep understanding of community operations from the ground up. Her dedication and drive have since propelled her through various leadership roles, including Executive Vice President at Tranquilo Communities, where she managed over 20 Manufactured Housing Communities and RV Resorts spanning nine states. In this role, Margo developed community-specific marketing strategies, optimized operational workflows, and enhanced brand awareness, achieving 10-15% cost savings while fostering a positive company culture.

With over a decade of experience, Margo is deeply committed to creating affordable, high-quality living environments and building strong, supportive teams. She has also served as Chairwoman and Legislative Chair on the board of the Illinois Manufactured Housing Association, reflecting her commitment to industry advocacy.

Margo holds a Bachelor of Arts from Northeastern University and continues to champion innovation and excellence in property management.
