Matthias Gruenwald is a Tampa-based real estate investor, operator, and co-founder/managing partner of WCG Investments, where he oversees approximately $45 million in assets under management across 25 manufactured housing communities. Originally from Germany, Matthias brings more than 18 years of operational leadership experience, including prior executive roles as COO of MINILEIT, Inc. and CEO of MINILEIT S. de R.L. de C.V., where he led North American operations for a global automotive manufacturing company. Today, Matthias applies an operator-first, systems-driven approach to manufactured housing, specializing in undervalued communities, distressed assets, strategic renovations, and operational turnarounds. His background in manufacturing operations, combined with hands-on real estate execution across manufactured housing communities, multifamily properties, and RV parks, gives him a practical perspective on scaling fragmented assets into professionally managed investment platforms.
