Doug Harter is an Executive Director in Equity Research at UBS, covering Mortgage REITs, Mortgage Originators, Mortgage Insurance, and BDCs. Prior to joining UBS in September 2023, Doug covered Mortgage Finance and BDCs over his 23-year career at Credit Suisse. He received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Villanova University. Doug is also a CFA charterholder.
