I’m an executive leader with 30 years experience working with VC and PE sponsored technology companies. Over the last 17 years, I’ve led four startups in the proptech, fintech, SaaS, and data/adtech sectors through institutional financing, go-to-market launch and M&A exit. I spent the first 13 years of my career in VC and structured finance working with hundreds of technology companies from startup to exit.

I’ve led or been apart of 10 M&A transactions (4 sell side and 6 buy side). Having the experience on both sides of the table (investor & operator) has given me a unique perspective on fundraising, strategic partnerships and corporate development. The two takeaways I’ve come to appreciate over my career are 1) being a founder is the most difficult yet rewarding seat to sit in and 2) timing is everything.
