Michael holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and brings more than 40 years of experience in loan servicing, default management, and loss mitigation. Since founding FCI in 1982, he has built a nationally licensed specialty servicer managing tens of billions of dollars in non-GSE loans. He has led the development of FCI’s proprietary servicing platform, integrating a private AI model and advanced automation across daily operations to enhance efficiency, scalability, compliance, and customer service.
