Rustam "Russ" Anvarov is a software architect and co-founder of Fundigo.ai, where he builds AI-driven systems that make mortgage operations dramatically faster while keeping skilled people at the center of every loan.
Russ's perspective is grounded in shipping, not theory. Over 17 years he has architected and deployed production systems across lending, payments, and financial services — platforms through which more than $1.3 billion in real estate loans have been processed. His work spans mortgage CRMs serving thousands of clients, commercial lending platforms with internal pricing and QA metrics, and an investor portal managing $90M+ in assets. He is an inventor and architect of high-load, distributed financial systems spanning machine learning, cloud, and on-premises infrastructure.
At Fundigo.ai, Russ and his partners — who bring more than 20 years in mortgage, private lending, and hard money — are pursuing a deliberate target: roughly 75% automation of the loan lifecycle. The aim is leverage, not headcount reduction — letting a single underwriter or loan officer close more loans, at higher quality, by removing repetitive work and keeping human judgment where it matters most.
