Ms. Waldo is a Director in the San Francisco office focused on leading IT projects and optimizing all of Prime’s IT solutions. In this role, she is responsible for ensuring that technology projects are in alignment with the priories of the firm, that team members have the tools they need to work efficiently and that Prime’s IT solutions provide the firm with a strategic advantage. Prior to joining Prime Finance, Ms. Waldo spent over 20 years working with software and consulting companies, primarily in the real estate industry. Her past roles include providing independent consulting services related to real estate technology implementations, leading sales, services, and ops as Managing Director for Redirect Consulting, and running consulting, support and product management as VP of Clients at Waypoint Building. Ms. Waldo was a Morehead Scholar at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
