Mr. Clark has over 40 years of experience in the financial services industry. Since joining EverBank in early 2012, his team has grown to be one of the largest warehouse lenders in the industry. They provide daily funding liquidity, MSR, and advance line liquidity for over 45 leading independent mortgage companies.

Prior to EverBank, Mr. Clark held various positions with two commercial banks and four large investment banking firms including Morgan Stanley, Citigroup, Merrill Lynch, and Lehman Bros. His primary focus there was in sales, trading, and structuring of asset backed and mortgage backed securities and loans.
