Eric Rogers, Director of MSR Investments at Planet Home Lending, drives Planet’s mortgage servicing rights (MSR) valuation and trading strategies. A CFA charter holder with eight years of capital markets experience, Mr. Rogers executes buy-side and sell-side MSR trading, MSR valuations, builds key relationships with brokerage houses, valuation firms, and mortgage companies, and led the development of Planet’s dynamic daily pricing matrix. Before joining Planet, he was a Senior Capital Market Financial Analyst at PennyMac Loan Services and gained additional experience at a boutique firm specializing in private placement investment due diligence for real estate opportunities. Mr. Rogers earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Pepperdine University.
