Keith Soura is Vice President of Engineering at Better Mortgage, where he guides product and platform teams building AI-powered lending technology, weaving predictive and conversational models into highly regulated SaaS products and fostering a culture that unlocks continuous AI–driven innovation in a responsible, consumer-focused way. With more than a decade in fintech and prop-tech experience, Keith previously served as CTO of VERO and was a platform engineer at Blend, experiences that honed his expertise in scaling cloud SaaS architectures and data-driven decision engines. He has also previously served on the Board of MISMO -- the mortgage industry's standards organization -- where he worked with other incredible professionals to help democratize data access across the banking industry. He is an inventor on U.S. patents for secure, event-driven financial data exchange, underscoring his focus on trustworthy AI and integration at enterprise scale.
