Lee Turner serves as Director of HFS Hedging, Mandatory Acquisition, and Price Engineering at Truist, where he leads strategic efforts in pricing, hedging, and secondary market execution across multi‑billion‑dollar consumer lending pipelines. He brings more than 20 years of capital markets experience, including senior trading and capital markets leadership roles at Truist, SunTrust, and Bank of America.

He holds an MBA in Finance from the UNC Charlotte Belk College of Business and a BS in Business Information Technology from Virginia Tech. He is currently advancing his knowledge in applied AI and pursuing the Chartered Market Technician designation.

Lee lives in Richmond, Virginia with his wife, Kelly, and enjoys travel, hiking, and family time. Their son, Riley, is a freshman at the Rochester Institute of Technology.
