Shawn Broussard is the Founder of Service First Mortgage. Shawn founded Service First in 1997 and has spearheaded the company’s strategic initiatives while supplying a strong vision of growth and development. His mortgage industry experience spans over 25 years and includes roles in servicing, secondary, and origination. As a loan officer, Shawn was a top producer and developed the Power of S3 platform based on Speed, Service and Synergy, which Service First loan officers use today to deliver a superior product to the real estate market. Shawn resides in Plano, Texas, with his wife Martha of 20 years and their two children.
