Previously serving as Division President of Consulting Services at Consolidated Analytics, he played a pivotal role in driving business process improvements and implementing his “operational excellence” approach across internal teams and client engagements.

Before joining Consolidated Analytics, Steve founded and led OpEXNow, a mortgage consulting and advisory firm acquired by Consolidated Analytics in 2015. Earlier in his career, he held prominent leadership roles, including President and COO of Vericrest Financial (now Caliber Home Loans) and executive positions at Saxon Mortgage, Aurora Loan Services, Select Portfolio Servicing, Mellon Mortgage, Kislak National Bank, and Lomas Mortgage, USA.
