Jack Aduwo is the Founder and CEO of Kendu-Bay Properties, a Boise-based real estate investment firm specializing in the acquisition, management, and repositioning of multifamily assets across the United States. With over a decade of experience and more than $300 million in transactions covering 2,000+ apartment units across Texas, Arizona, Utah, Georgia, and Idaho, Jack has built a strong track record in value-add multifamily investments that generate both strong returns and positive community impact. His career began in the IT industry, where he spent over 15 years developing analytical and problem-solving skills that now underpin his data-driven approach to real estate. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics, Jack combines technical precision with strategic vision to identify undervalued opportunities and optimize asset performance through operational efficiencies and innovative management. Beyond investing, he is committed to education and mentorship—co-founding the Boise Multifamily Investing Group in 2019 to empower and connect fellow investors. Jack’s mission is to help investors build generational wealth through smart, tax-efficient multifamily investments while fostering integrity, transparency, and excellence in every venture he undertakes.
