There are handling fees for all packages shipped in and out of the property. All handling fees for exhibitor boxes must be paid in advance of exhibitor arrival onsite. Any exhibitors who do pay their handling fees in advance will have their packages delivered directly to their exhibit table for setup. If payment is not received in advance, exhibitors will need to go to the onsite FedEx Office during their standard business hours to settle the outstanding charges before boxes are released and delivered to their exhibit table. Attached is the hotel’s credit card authorization form for payment of boxes. Once completed, credit card authorization forms can be sent to: usa5592@fedex.com.
The hotel has daily pick-ups from both UPS and FedEx. If an exhibitor is shipping out using one of those two companies, there is no need to specifically schedule a pickup. For packages shipped out by any other carrier, the shipper (each exhibitor) will be responsible for scheduling a pickup directly with that carrier. The onsite FedEx Office will still require a form of payment for the outbound handling fee, even if exhibitors have pre-printed and completed labels for their boxes that cover any costs associated with shipping. Please check in with the FedEx Office during their regular business hours onsite to ensure you are all set for outbound shipping.
Set-up and Tear-down Times
Exhibitor Setup Time: Thursday, December 4, from 7:30am-8:00am *If you need more time than this, please reach out to IMN to coordinate
Exhibitor Teardown Time: Thursday, December 4, from 4:30pm-5:10pm *Please note that the last panel begins at 4:30pm; teardown will begin once the last panel of the day begins and should be finished by the start of the 5:10pm networking reception. The closing networking reception will not be in the exhibit hall unless there is inclement weather.

If an exhibitor would like electricity for their booth, any audiovisual equipment, wired internet, etc. they can order from the following link: Order AV
*Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for the duration of the event. If you plan on streaming any demos at your booth, please note it is our recommendation to order wired internet.

Pass Registration
To register your firm and/or client passes, please use the links and action codes provided to you via email from Alivea Ruis. If you cannot find this email or your action codes, please email Alivea to have this shared with you.
FIRM PASSES are for members of YOUR COMPANY. If you exceed the allotted number of passes, additional passes can be purchased at a reduced rate of 25% off the standard registration. Please contact your IMN sponsorship coordinator for assistance with additional passes. Any passes submitted incorrectly will be declined and asked to resubmit through the portal.
CLIENT PASSES limited to owners/operators, property managers, and equity investors. All client passes are subject to approval by the IMN team. Please note that the pass is ‘Pending Approval’ until the pass has been approved by the IMN team. No Client Passes will be accepted within 24 hours of the event date. Any qualified client passes submitted after that date will be charged 20% off the standard registration rate. Those individuals with an existing registration are not eligible for client passes.
