Alec Raggio is the Head of Acquisitions and Asset Management at Gindi Equities, overseeing a national portfolio of multifamily properties. He began his career in real estate capital markets before moving into acquisitions and asset management roles at Kushner Companies, Azure Partners, and Ashcroft Capital, where he managed large-scale multifamily portfolios and repositioning projects. Since joining Gindi Equities in 2021, Alec has guided the firm’s growth in high-growth U.S. markets, leading transactions, financing, and portfolio strategy. He is an NMHC Emerging Leader and a graduate of Gettysburg College.
