Gary Forman, CPA, is Director of Asset Management at Quad Property Group, where he leads the Asset Management team and oversees the firm’s portfolio strategy and performance. Gary has been with Quad for nearly four years, driving initiatives that enhance portfolio value and performance.

Before Quad, Gary was a Director in FTI Consulting’s Real Estate Finance practice, advising leading real estate and asset management clients (typically $100B+ AUM) on business transformations, product launches, and strategic initiatives. He began his career in the financial services department of Ernst & Young LLP in New York, where he managed audits and in-depth financial reporting reviews.

Gary earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Lehigh University and a Master’s degree in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
