Jessica Gonzalez-Griffin leverages over 21 years of industry experience to oversee the company’s operations across Georgia, North Carolina, and Tennessee. Her current portfolio includes more than 6,900 units and over 100,000 square feet of retail space in Atlanta, Charlotte, Nashville, and Raleigh. With deep expertise in managing large, complex assets and lease-up projects, Jessica excels at driving performance across diverse markets. Her strategic approach and proven ability to navigate the complexities of high-stakes property management have established her as a key leader within Bozzuto.

A natural leader, Jessica fosters a culture of coaching and mentorship, empowering her teams to achieve exceptional results and deliver outstanding resident experiences. She is an active member of the AANC (through TAA and GCAA chapters) and holds leadership roles in Bozzuto’s Executive Resource Group.

Jessica began her career as a Sales and Marketing Associate with Bozzuto, earning promotions to her current role as Senior Vice President. She has also held positions with Equity Residential and Kettler. She attended Mary Baldwin University, where she majored in Spanish and English with a teaching degree.
