Kellie J. Falk is Managing Director of Drucker + Falk, a fee management real estate company operating since 1938. The company manages approximately 43,000 multifamily homes and 1.5 million square feet of commercial space.
Ms. Falk was appointed to serve on the Wake Technical Community College’s Board of Trustees where she was the Chairman and Vice Chairman during her 8-year tenure. Previously she served as the Chair of the Finance, Infrastructure and Audit Committee for Wake Technical Community College. She is currently an Honorary Member of the Board of the Band Together Organization that raises funds through musical talent for local charities. She is a member of the Commercial Real Estate for Women in the Triangle, Charlotte and Charleston and National Association of Women Business Owners.
Wake Technical Community College recently announced that Building R on the Southern Wake Campus will be named the Kellie J. Falk Center for Building Technologies which houses the electrical, mechanical and HVAC classrooms and studies. The honor was the result of the largest endowed fund supporting skilled trades at the College from Ms. Falk.
Ms. Falk is a Housing Credit Certification Professional (HCCP) through the National Association of Home Builders, a Certified Property Manager (CPM) with the Institute of Real Estate Management as well as a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Property Supervisor (CAPS) with the National Apartment Association. She is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama and Arkansas.
Ms. Falk was inducted into the NC Women Business Owners Hall of Fame which honors NC’s most successful female entrepreneurs and advocates who have made significant and enduring contributions to impact women’s entrepreneurial development in North Carolina. She has also been awarded the Triangle Business Journal’s Women in Business award for her leadership in a family business and in addition selected as one of the top Triangle CEO/Executives of the Year by her peers. Ms. Falk was selected as the Honorary Chair for the annual fundraiser for the Artsplosure organization, Honorary Chair for the United Arts Council of Wake County for their annual fundraiser and the Co-Chair of the Triangle Wine and Food Experience which successfully raised over $2 million dollars for the Frankie Lemmon School.
She is a past recipient of the Outstanding Property Management Executive from the Triangle Apartment Association, Ms. Falk has also been awarded the Impact Leader for the Real Estate Industry for the Triangle, NC. She has been named Women Extraordinaire by the Triangle Business Leader Magazine for her role in Real Estate and listed on the Triangle Business Journal’s Who’s Who in Real Estate & Construction.
She has served as the President of the Apartment Association of North Carolina, participated on the Affordable Housing Council for the National Apartment Association, served on the National Board of Governors for the Housing Credit Certified Professional for the National Association of Home Builders—Multifamily Division, Advisory Board for TowneBank, Executive Board of the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce, Board of

A graduate of Meredith College with a BA in Business Administration and minor in Religion, Ms. Falk was listed in the Who’s Who in the American Universities and Colleges and was the recipient of the Business and Economics Award from Meredith College. She received her Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Finance and Urban Development from American University.
