Lawrence Larisma serves as Executive Vice President of Capital Markets and Investments at River Rock Capital Partners. He leads the capital raising initiatives for the firm and is part of the investment committee that handles the origination and execution of real estate development and acquisition transactions.

He is responsible for investment analysis and due diligence, deal structuring and raising debt and equity capital. He also manages investor and lender relationships and reporting and provides guidance on asset management and dispositions.

Lawrence has over 28 years of experience in commercial real estate and finance, having originated and underwritten close to $2 billion in financing transactions.

Prior to joining River Rock, Lawrence was Senior Vice President of Debt and Equity at NorthMarq Capital. He was also a Director of Originations at Love Funding Corporation, a former subsidiary of Midland States Bancorp, as well as a Director at RED Capital Group, a former subsidiary of Orix Corporation USA. He was also Founder and CEO of Reiles Capital Group, a capital advisory firm based in New York, and Senior Originator and Underwriter at Greystone & Co., a real estate lending, investment and advisory firm. He started his career in finance as a tax and accounting analyst with Rudinger & Heller, LLP, a CPA firm based in White Plains, NY.

Lawrence graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Business and Management from Schiller International University in London, Heidelberg and Paris. He was a certified HUD MAP & LEAN Underwriter for multifamily and seniors housing financing transactions.
