Mr. Lee Chen is a Managing Director at Hopkins Holding, a private equity firm based in the Washington, D.C. metro area specializing in real estate investments. He currently leads the firm’s acquisition and development efforts, overseeing deal sourcing, underwriting, and execution across multiple asset classes.

Prior to joining Hopkins Holding, Mr. Chen worked at Constellation Energy, a Fortune 100 company, where he was involved in renewable energy projects nationwide. Earlier in his career, he spent over a decade at Erickson Living Management, focusing on real estate transactions and financial analysis for large-scale senior housing communities.

Mr. Chen holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins University.
