Tara Fichter is the Regional Vice President of the Carolinas for ZRS Management, overseeing operations, strategic growth, and team performance across North and South Carolina. She has nearly two decades of multifamily experience, with over 10 years leading teams and portfolios in the Carolinas.

Tara began her career with Continental Properties in Savannah, Georgia, which brought her to Greenville, SC, before she joined Greystar, advancing to Regional Property Manager in Charleston, SC. She then served with Lincoln Property Company / Willow Bridge Property Company as Regional Manager and Area Vice President, leading regional teams, high-profile lease-ups, BTR, stabilized, and value-add communities. In these roles, she earned Regional Manager of the Year, People’s Choice Award, Outstanding Leadership Award, and Corporate Employee of the Year.

Known for building high-performing teams and fostering award-winning culture, Tara brings hands-on leadership and strategic insight to navigating the balance between outsourced services and in-house teams, helping organizations optimize performance while maintaining strong operational control.
