Beth Mercante has arranged over $1.5 billion in debt and equity for various projects over the last few years. With a development and finance background, she brings a unique approach to capital arrangement.

Ms. Mercante is based in New York where she began here career with KPMG in CRE consulting following up with the Quantum Fund (Paul Reichmann) in acquisitions and asset management. Ms. Mercante also worked at AIG Global RE Investment Corp. in their mortgage finance and asset management divisions managing multi-family, office and retail properties. After leaving AIG, Ms. Mercante worked as an investment sales broker in Manhattan and won the "Most Ingenious Deal of the Year" award from REBNY in 2001. Ms. Mercante is a graduate of the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction.
