Cathy Reines is an original founder and owner of Kōz as its CEO. Koz was formed in 2014 with 30+ properties developed in Washington and Oregon. Prior to joining Kōz, Cathy was the President & CEO of a micro-housing development, construction and property management company. In addition, Cathy has held partner positions in national, regional and local CPA firms and has held both CEO and CFO positions at SEC reporting community banks. Cathy has spoken at a number of real estate conferences as well as historically been a regular speaker at various national and local banking conferences. Cathy holds a bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Accounting from Central Washington University and is a licensed CPA.
