Eric Cress is co-founder and President of Urban Development + Partners (UDP), a Portland-based real estate investment firm he co-founded in 2006. Over twenty years leading the firm, UDP has organized seven private-equity funds and managed over $500 million in project value. Eric has worked in real estate since 2003; before that, he spent over a decade in technology — first in enterprise software design, then as a semiconductor design engineer
