Jeff Smedley has been part of the multifamily industry since 1990. Throughout his career, he’s overseen sales teams for several industry vendors, including Apartment Guide, Network Communications, CallSource, and LeaseHawk. He's deeply involved with NAA’s National Suppliers Council and NMHC. He leverages his over 15 years of experience working in multifamily utility management to connect Conservice’s decades of utility expertise and utility tech investment to property owners and managers.
