As Director of Housing, Martin manages the Ballmer Group's national housing strategy and the Washington Family Housing Fund, our initiative to fund the construction of 10,000 affordable rental homes for low-income families across the state. He brings 15 years of experience in real estate development, affordable housing finance, and public policy. Previously, Martin served as Director of Acquisitions & Development for BRIDGE Housing, where he sourced and closed 18 new projects, adding and preserving 3,200 affordable homes for families, and as a director at real estate development consulting firm HR&A Advisors.
