Ryan Mattingly, serves as Managing Director on Newmark’s Multifamily Capital Markets Debt & Structured Finance team in Seattle. He focuses on sourcing debt and equity capital for transactions across the greater Pacific Northwest, working with private owners and both domestic and offshore institutions. Throughout his career, he has executed more than $2 billion in permanent, bridge, and construction financings.

Mattingly joined Newmark in 2024 after spending 12 years with U.S. Bank and CBRE, where he specialized in financing commercial real estate throughout the region.
