Sheri Druckman brings over 30 years of real estate industry expertise and leadership to her role as Senior Director, Asset Management at Trammell Crow Residential. Prior to joining TCR, Sheri held the Regional Vice President role at Legacy Partners. She oversaw all aspects of property management operations in the Pacific Northwest and Mountain Regions, including multifamily, mixed-use, new development, lease-ups, renovations, and client relations.
Previously, Sheri served as Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management at Stellar Holdings, Inc., leading the long-term asset management performance of office, retail, and multifamily assets. Her oversight spanned the full investment lifecycle—acquisitions, debt financing, strategy and performance, marketing and leasing, operations, and capital projects.
She has also held senior leadership positions including Vice President at Sares Regis Group, where she scaled SRG Residential’s management platform and launched enterprise-wide initiatives and strategies; and Director of Real Estate at Greystar, where she managed portfolios ranging from stabilized assets to major rehabilitations and new construction.
Earlier in her career, Sheri held senior management roles with Security Properties, Simpson Property Group, and Trammell Crow Residential Services, executing due diligence, underwriting, acquisitions, and dispositions.
She serves on the Board of the National Apartment Association (NAA) as Regional Vice President for Region 7 and is Vice Chair of the NAA Advocacy Committee. She also leads as Chair of the Partnership for Affordable Housing and Chair of the WMFHA Government Affairs Committee.
Sheri is the Past Chair of the NAA Affordable Housing Committee and the NAA Advocacy & Engagement Subcommittee, Policy & Regulatory Committee and Past President of the Washington Multifamily Housing Association (WMFHA) Board of Directors. She remains active as a member of the NAA Legislative & Regulatory Committee, the NAA Affordable Housing Committee, and the WMFHA Government Affairs Committee.
Her contributions have been recognized with the NAA Excellence Award for Outstanding Service to an Affiliate (2020) and the WMFHA Portfolio Manager of the Year Emerald Award (2014).
Sheri holds a State of Washington Real Estate Broker License, is a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS), and is an NAA Leadership Lyceum graduate.
