As Executive Vice President of Development for Related Northwest, Ms. Kondor is responsible for establishing Related’s presence in the Pacific Northwest while leading and managing all aspects of development and financing for Related’s housing developments throughout the region. Over the last eight years, Ms. Kondor has developed over 1,000 units of housing with additionally 800 units in predevelopment/construction.
As a native Oregonian, Ms. Kondor was previously Director of Real Estate Development for Central City Concern where she managed the land acquisition, entitlements, and due diligence process for the development of new clinical and affordable housing in Portland, Oregon. While at Central City Concern, she was a recipient of the Housing Oregon’s Star Player Award in 2017 and received Novogradac’s New Market Tax Credit’s prestigious award QLICI of the Year for her work on the Blackburn Center, a housing and health initiative. More recently she received Novogradac’s Development of Distinction Award for the 2026 LIHTC Development that Best Exemplifies Metropolitan Community Impact for her work developing Glisan Landing. In 2024, she was the recipient of the Portland Business Journal’s Women of Influence Award and the Daily Journal of Commerce’s Women of Vision Award. In 2025, Ms. Kondor was also recognized by the Daily Journal of Commerce as one of Oregon’s top 250 Influential People.
Ms. Kondor holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. She is currently is a commissioner for the State of Oregon’s Land Conservation and Development Commission and formerly served as a board member for Boys and Girls Club, Portland State University’s Real Estate Program board member, Housing Commission for the City of Portland and various other public commissions.
