David Masor is a Senior Account Executive at Temple View Capital, a national private lender specializing in innovative loan solutions for real estate investors. His expertise spans a range of programs, with a focus on ground-up construction, DSCR, and fix & flip residential loans.

Prior to joining Temple View, David founded Kbell Properties, a New Jersey-based real estate investment firm dedicated to acquiring and renovating single and multi-family homes. Before transitioning into real estate, David spent 18 years in the financial sector, where he held senior trading positions at Goldman Sachs and several hedge funds. His experience includes investing across a wide array of asset classes, including equities, credit, and commodities. David earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Colorado and currently resides in Montclair, New Jersey.
