Atisha Patel leads Post-Sale Customer Success & Support at Boom, the leasing operating system for residential property managers. She owns the partner relationship from signature onward — running the CS and support organization that gets operators live on BoomScreen and keeps them growing.

Atisha came to PropTech as an owner and operator herself, managing her own rental portfolio before joining Boom to build for other property managers. She spent 8 years in Strategy Consulting at Accenture Strategy, advising Fortune 100 clients building Customer Success and Sales Operations programs. She began her career in hospitality, developing and operating hotels across front and back-of-house.

Boom powers leasing for over half a million units and some of the most notable vertically-integrated and third-party SFR operators such as AMH, Marketplace Homes, RENU, Renters Warehouse, On Q Property Management, and Mark Brower Properties. Boom is also embedded in third-party SFR-focused, PMSs like Baselane, and is the screening vendor of choice for the nationwide Keyrenter franchise network.
