In her role, Jenn oversees multi-state operations, driving strategy across property management, leasing, construction, and asset performance. She is known for her ability to stabilize and optimize portfolios at scale - consistently improving occupancy, increasing net operating income, and reducing inefficiencies while maintaining a strong focus on resident experience. Her leadership has been instrumental in strengthening operational infrastructure and aligning teams around clear, measurable outcomes.
