With 28 years in the multifamily industry, Jeremy is a Managing Director for RangeWater Residential based in Dallas. Jeremy is focused on advancing the company’s national growth across the living spaces and reinforcing its commitment to full-service client advisory. He joined the company in 2026 after serving as Executive Managing Director and US BTR Sector Head for Cushman & Wakefield as well as Market Principal for Greystar’s central region. He is an active member of NHMC, NAA, and has held Board of Trustee roles at Hardin Simmons University and Pantego Christian Academy.
