I have been involved with rental property since 2003 when I purchased my first rental. In 2005 I obtained my Kentucky and Ohio real estate broker’s licenses and in 2008 I opened C.A.P. real estate which is a boutique brokerage that specializes in small to mid-size multi family sales and purchases as well as active management.

To date C.A.P. employs six full time employees as well as fifteen maintenance employees to manage a 1300-unit portfolio. Out of the 1300-unit portfolio I personally own 500 units. We also broker apartment sales transactions in addition to management.

My specialty has been in small to midsize properties, that are C to B class, cash flow apartments that need improvements and management to increase their income. In addition to apartments and real estate I am also Boone County Commissioner, which is currently serving 3^rd term in office.

I also run a local non-profit called “Brewer foundation for Civic Engagement” which has two missions. First, and the one we are most known for, we take underprivileged children shopping each year for coats, hats, gloves, and other toys.
