Trent is the Director of Growth Operations at PMI, the country's largest property management franchise, where every sales conversation in the network runs through him. He built and leads the internal SDR team that connects prospective franchise owners with PMI's Franchise Development team. He also oversees training and support for the 70 Business Development Managers driving growth across PMI's franchise partners. Drawing on years in real estate investing and sales development, he's spent his career turning sales infrastructure into revenue.
