As Senior Vice President at SWBC Financial Institutions Group, he oversees a portfolio exceeding $400 million in annual premiums, driving innovation through AI-integrated underwriting and claims processes. Previously, Adam served as Executive Vice President of Operations at SWBC Insurance Services, managing nationwide MGA/MGU programs and multi-line agency operations. His career spans diverse roles in claims management and commercial brokerage, with deep expertise in property, casualty, and specialty lines. Adam holds a B.A. in Integrative Studies from Texas Tech University and serves on multiple industry boards, including the Texas Auto Insurance Plan Association and the San Antonio Mobility Coalition.
